Your CRM gets cleaned once.
I make sure it never goes back.
The 5-Day Cleanup fixes what’s broken right now.
The Care Plan is what keeps it that way — for good.
Here’s what usually happens after a cleanup: it’s beautiful for about six weeks. Then a new lead comes in slightly misspelled. Someone tags a contact “Hot Lead” instead of “Hot lead.” Meanwhile, a dead account never gets an archive tag. Six months later, you’re staring at the same junk drawer you paid me to fix.
A clean CRM isn’t a one-time event — it’s a habit, just one you don’t have time to build yourself.
What the
CRM Care Plan
actually does:
- Weekly duplicate & dead-lead sweep — I catch the mess while it’s small, not six months from now
- Monthly CRM health report — I send this straight to you, so you always know exactly where things stand, no logging in required
- Tag & pipeline hygiene, on a schedule — I keep your tagging system consistent instead of letting it quietly drift
- Priority turnaround on requests — you’re never in a queue behind one-time clients; Care Plan clients go first
So, if you’ve already done a cleanup — with me or on your own — and don’t want to watch it slide back into chaos, I built this for exactly that moment. It’s also the right call if your team adds new contacts fast enough that “I’ll clean it up eventually” has stopped being realistic.
Most clients land here after the 5-Day Cleanup, since it’s the natural next step rather than an upsell I talk anyone into. Think of the Cleanup as fixing the leak, and the Care Plan as making sure the roof doesn’t leak again.
Common Questions
What if my CRM isn’t that messy yet?
Then this is the cheapest insurance you’ll buy all year. After all, it’s far easier to keep a clean CRM clean than to fix one you’ve ignored for a year.
Do I need to do anything?
No — that’s the whole point. You’ll get a monthly report so you can see what’s happening, but I handle the maintenance myself.
What if I want to cancel?
- I bill the CRM Care Plan month-to-month. You can cancel anytime by sending written notice (email works fine) to Patricia Gordon / OrganizeMyCRM.
- If I receive notice on or before the 15th of the month, your plan ends at the close of that month, with no further billing.
- If notice comes in after the 15th, your plan instead ends at the close of the following month, and one more month of service and billing will apply.
How much is it?
Because CRM sizes vary so widely, schedule a free audit call so we can discuss pricing together.
