I clean up the mess nobody else wants to touch.
I’ve spent 25+ years in the back office of service businesses — not the website, not the marketing, the CRM. It’s the unglamorous part of the operation, the part clients never see and most owners would rather not look at too closely either. I kept watching the same thing happen, over and over, across completely different industries: good businesses losing good customers. Not from bad service. Not from a bad product. From a CRM nobody on the team actually trusted anymore.
A lead would slip through because it got tagged wrong. A client would get a duplicate email, or worse, no email at all, because their record existed three different ways under three different spellings. Nobody was doing anything wrong on purpose — the system itself had just quietly stopped working, one untagged contact at a time. So I started fixing it, one CRM at a time, until I’d effectively become a CRM cleanup specialist without ever chasing the title.
If you’ve ever opened your CRM, felt that drop in your stomach, and closed the tab again — I built this for you. You’re not bad at your job. You’re just busy, and “clean up the CRM” always loses to whatever’s actually on fire that day.
Why I Became a CRM Cleanup Specialist
I’m a California-based Enneagram 5 — the investigator type — which is a fancy way of saying I’ve always been wired to spot patterns other people miss. Messy data isn’t overwhelming to me the way it is to most people; it’s actually the kind of detail work this job rewards.

I’m not selling software you don’t need. I clean it up, set it up to stay clean, then check on it. That’s it.
